R223 is a "Business as Mission" residential real estate development company. We are blessed to be recognized as an Impact Foundation Portfolio Company. Currently, we are actively purchasing construction sites in South Tampa, Florida. 99% of our business activities' profits are donated to charities that provide services and/or programs for men and women who are being released from the State of Florida Department of Corrections. Our focus is on providing resources specific to safe housing, employment readiness and placement, and transportation needs.
